Lois M. Jones, 88, of Goodsprings, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2010, at
Ridgewood Health Care Center. Arrangements will be announced later by
Kilgore-Green Funeral Home.

Louitra Knight Stark, of Jasper, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2010, at
Ridgeview Health Care Center. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Saturday,
Oct. 9, 2010, with burial following at Walker Memory Gardens. Visitation will be
from 1-2 p.m. on Saturday prior to services.

Velvie Daisey (Pat) McCleskey, 75, of Nauvoo, passed away on
Monday, Oct. 4, 2010. Funeral services will be held today, Oct.
7, 2010, at 2 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at
Ashbank Cemetery. Mickey Crane will officiate, Collins-Burke
Funeral Home will direct.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde Kimbrell; mother,
Dera Kimbrell; husband, James McCleskey; sister, Carolyn
Kimbrell; brothers, Tom Kimbrell and Melvin Kimbrell; and
granddaughter, Amanda Colburn.
She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Jean McKeever and
Kathy Ann Colburn; son, Kenneth Franklin McKeever; sisters,
Vaudie Colburn (Ray) of Carbon Hill, and Glenda Thompson of
Haleyville; brothers, G. Keith Kimbrell of Nauvoo, and Dewey W.
Kimbrell (Lois) of Nauvoo; nine grandchildren, 12
great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild, a host of
nieces and nephews and extended family at Ridgeview Health Care
Center, where she was known as “Granny.”

Russell Howard Fowler III, 50, of Jasper, passed away on Oct. 4, 2010.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, at 11 a.m. in the
Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Zion Church of Christ
Cemetery. Darryle Wilson will officiate, Collins-Burke Funeral Home will direct.
Visitation will be on Thursday, Oct. 7, 2010, at 6 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral
Home.
He was preceded by his brother, Jeffrey Scott Fowler; grandmother, Edna Roden;
grandfather, Russell Fowler Sr.; grandmother, Dorothy Nell Fowler; grandfather,
Archie Byron Roden and uncle, William A. (Sonny) Barrentine.
He is survived by his mother, Lorene Annette (Roden) Fowler; father, Russell
Howard Fowler, Jr.; sisters, Pamela (Fowler) Joseph and Dorothy (Fowler) Pearl,
2 nieces and a nephew.

Sandra “Kaye” Bunch Lane, 45, of Cordova, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 3, 2010.
Funeral services will be held today, Oct. 6, 2010, at 7 p.m. in the
Collins-Burke Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at Lynns Crossing
Cemetery. Delmus Anthony will officiate, Collins-Burke Funeral Home will direct.
Visitation will be held today from 6 until 7 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home.
She was preceded in death by her son, Landon Lane; father, Robert L. Bunch Jr.;
grandparents, Robert Bunch Sr. and Clara Bunch and Emmitt and Estelle
Christiansen.
She is survived by her mother, Dot Bunch; son, Matthew Lane; sisters, Connie
Bunch Lively (G.O.) and Bonnie Bunch; nieces and nephews, Andrew Owens (Anna),
Tyler Hoobler, Allison Poe, Brook Warren and Cohen Warren.

Lorelle Davis Rutledge, 88, of Jasper, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2010, at
Ridgeview Health Care Center.
A graveside service will be held today, Oct. 6, 2010, at 2 p.m. at Oak Hill
Cemetery with burial following. The Rev. Charles Powell will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Rutledge, and parents, John Thomas
and Della Davis.
She is survived by her children, Susan Freeman and her husband Jimmy of Acworth,
Ga., Ann Wilson of Jasper, John Rutledge and his wife Michelle of Jasper; and
granddaughters, Jenny Rutledge Wilson of Birmingham and Rachel Rutledge of
Jasper.
The family requests memorials to Alzheimer’s Foundation 3228th Ave, 7th Floor,
New York, N.Y. 10001, the Walker County Humane Society or a charity of your
choice.

2010, at Baptist Medical Center-Walker. Funeral services will be

Chapel with burial at Tucker Cemetery in Eldridge. Neil Myers

She is survived by her children, Donald Tucker and his wife,
Brenda, Gary Tucker and his wife, Patricia, and Gail Haynes and
her husband, Harold; grandchildren, Richard Tucker, Jonathan
Tucker, Donna Freeman, Deana Tucker, Duane Tucker, Tina
Dombrowsky and Breanna Tucker; great-grandchildren, Landon
Freeman, Zachary Freeman, Isaiah Freeman, Markie Tucker, Than
Tucker, Grace Tucker, Anna Leigh Tucker, Seth Tucker, Jordan
Tucker, Jack Tucker, Eric Dombrowsky, Erica Dombrowsky, Zeth
Dombrowsky, Ashley Tucker and Cody Tucker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Olius Howard “Hodge”
Tucker; sons, Johnny, Steve and Ronald Tucker; father, Will
McClusky; mother, Alice McClusky; and step-mother, Myrtle
McClusky.
Pallbearers will be Landon Freeman, Anthony Freeman, Zach
Freeman, Duane Tucker, Cody Tucker and Jonathan Tucker.
